Sweet cupcakes

Chocolate, jam and candied cherries...If you will eat this cupcake, your day will be much better. So let's start baking THESE cakes!


Ingredients:


cake:

  • 125 grams butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 150 grams wheat flour 
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder  
  • 100 grams black chocolate 
  • 300 grams plum jam [you can use cherry jam also]
  • salt

sauce:


  •  100 grams black chocolate 
  •  100 millilitres cream
  •  candied cherries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat eggs, butter, sugar, flour, baking soda , baking powder, plum jam and salt.
  3. Dissolve black chocolate in the pot. Warm mass mix with base.
  4. Divide batter evenly among lined cups, filling each three-quarters full. Bake, rotating tins halfway through, until centers are completely set and edges are light golden brown, about 25 minutes in 180 degrees C.
  5. Make the sauce in the pot : dissolve black chocolate and cream. Then pour the cake with this sauce, put  candied cherry to every cupcake, and turn upright to cool completely.

Coffee cupcakes

Coffee paradise - yes, these are the best words to say something about these cupcakes. So let's start baking THESE cakes!


Ingredients:


cake:

  • 125 grams butter
  • 125 grams cane sugar [you can use 100 grams cane sugar + 25 grams normal sugar] 
  • 2 large eggs
  • 125 grams wheat flour 
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder     
  •  1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon coffee espresso [powder]
  • 50 grams black chocolate 
  • 1-2 tablespoon milk 

sauce:


  •  300 grams black chocolate 
  •  50 grams butter
  •  2 teaspoon coffee espresso [powder]

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat eggs, butter, sugar, flour, baking soda , baking powder, cocoa and milk.
  3. Dissolve black chocolate in the pot. Warm mass mix with base.
  4. Divide batter evenly among lined cups, filling each three-quarters full. Bake, rotating tins halfway through, until centers are completely set and edges are light golden brown, about 20 minutes in 200 degrees C.
  5. Make the sauce in the pot : dissolve black chocolate, butter, coffee espresso. And then pour the cake with this sauce and turn upright to cool completely.
