Ingredients:
cake:
- 125 grams butter
- 125 grams cane sugar [you can use 100 grams cane sugar + 25 grams normal sugar]
- 2 large eggs
- 125 grams wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 tablespoon coffee espresso [powder]
- 50 grams black chocolate
- 1-2 tablespoon milk
sauce:
- 300 grams black chocolate
- 50 grams butter
- 2 teaspoon coffee espresso [powder]
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
- Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat eggs, butter, sugar, flour, baking soda , baking powder, cocoa and milk.
- Dissolve black chocolate in the pot. Warm mass mix with base.
- Divide batter evenly among lined cups, filling each three-quarters full. Bake, rotating tins halfway through, until centers are completely set and edges are light golden brown, about 20 minutes in 200 degrees C.
- Make the sauce in the pot : dissolve black chocolate, butter, coffee espresso. And then pour the cake with this sauce and turn upright to cool completely.
